- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven.
- Place flatbreads on a baking sheet or parchment paper and brush with olive oil.
- Spread minced garlic evenly across the flatbreads.
- Layer fresh mozzarella slices over the garlic.
- Arrange sliced tomatoes on top of the cheese and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.
- Remove from oven and let sit for 1-2 minutes.
- Scatter fresh basil leaves over the hot flatbread.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the flatbread.
- Slice into wedges and serve immediately.
Notes
Always pat tomatoes dry to prevent sogginess. Use fresh basil at the end for best flavor.
