Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Raw Pecan Halves
  • 1 Cup Raw Walnut Halves
  • 1 Cup Raw Whole Almonds
  • 3 Tablespoons Honey or Agave
  • 1 Tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamo
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
  • Flaky Sea Salt (to garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, maple syrup, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, cinnamon, and fine sea salt until smooth.
  4. Pour all of your raw nuts into the bowl and toss thoroughly to coat each nut in the spicy syrup.
  5. Spread the coated nuts onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring halfway through to prevent burning.
  7. Remove from the oven when golden brown and fragrant, then immediately sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  8. Allow the nuts to cool completely on the pan before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks. For longer storage, refrigerate for up to a month or freeze for up to three months.
