Ingredients

  • Creamy Brie - 8 oz
  • Aged Sharp Cheddar - 8 oz
  • Tangy Goat Cheese - 8 oz
  • Prosciutto di Parma - 6 oz
  • Spicy Salami (Sopressata) - 6 oz
  • Sliced Peaches - 2 cups
  • Fresh Cherries - 2 cups
  • Blueberries - 2 cups
  • Strawberries - 2 cups
  • Marcona Almonds - 1 cup
  • Multigrain Crackers - 1 box
  • Sliced Baguette - 1 box
  • Castelvetrano Olives - 1/2 cup
  • Cornichons - 1/2 cup
  • Marinated Artichokes - 1/2 cup
  • Hot Honey - 1/4 cup
  • Fig Jam - 1/4 cup
  • Stone Ground Mustard - 1/4 cup
  • Fresh Mint Sprigs - small handful
  • Edible Flowers - small handful
  • Basil Leaves - small handful

Method

  1. Choose a large wooden board or marble slab as your canvas.
  2. Place small bowls filled with jams, honey, olives, and mustard as anchors.
  3. Position the cheeses: keep Brie whole, slice Cheddar into triangles, and crumble Goat Cheese.
  4. Arrange the meats: ribbon the prosciutto and fold the salami into quarters.
  5. Introduce seasonal fruits: cluster cherries and fan out peach slices.
  6. Fill in gaps with crackers and baguette slices, creating 'rivers' of crackers.
  7. Use small items like almonds and blueberries to fill tiny holes.
  8. Garnish with fresh mint or basil before serving.

Notes

Ensure cheeses are at room temperature before serving. Store leftovers properly to maintain freshness.
