Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 large French Baguettes or Ciabatta Loaves, sliced and toasted
  • 4 cups diced Heirloom Tomatoes, Peaches, Strawberries
  • 8 oz Burrata, Fresh Mozzarella, Goat Cheese
  • 1/2 lb Prosciutto di Parma, Salami, Crispy Baco
  • 1 bunch Fresh Basil, Mint, Roasted Garlic
  • Balsamic Glaze, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Flaky Sea Salt for drizzling and seasoning

Method
 

  1. Slice the baguettes into half-inch rounds on a slight diagonal and brush each side with olive oil. Toast in a 400 degree oven for 5-7 minutes until golden.
  2. Dice heirloom tomatoes and toss with minced garlic, fresh basil, salt, and pepper. Let sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Slice peaches and strawberries thinly. Arrange cheeses in small bowls or on a board.
  4. Place cured meats on the board in ribbons or small piles.
  5. Assemble the Summer Bruschetta Bar layout starting with bread and cheese, filling in with toppings and garnishes.

Notes

Store components separately to prevent sogginess. Refresh toasted bread in a 350 degree oven for 3 minutes if needed.
