- Slice the baguettes into half-inch rounds on a slight diagonal and brush each side with olive oil. Toast in a 400 degree oven for 5-7 minutes until golden.
- Dice heirloom tomatoes and toss with minced garlic, fresh basil, salt, and pepper. Let sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Slice peaches and strawberries thinly. Arrange cheeses in small bowls or on a board.
- Place cured meats on the board in ribbons or small piles.
- Assemble the Summer Bruschetta Bar layout starting with bread and cheese, filling in with toppings and garnishes.
Notes
Store components separately to prevent sogginess. Refresh toasted bread in a 350 degree oven for 3 minutes if needed.
