Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained (optional)

Method
 

  1. Prepare strawberries by washing, hulling, and quartering them. Pat dry.
  2. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, and mix until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Add strawberries, mini marshmallows, and drained pineapple to the mixture and fold gently.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Use fresh, high-quality strawberries for best flavor. Allow resting time in the refrigerator for flavors to meld.
