Method
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Prepare your baking dish.
- Squeeze the thawed spinach in a clean kitchen towel to remove all liquid.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in the minced garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add half of the mozzarella cheese and all the parmesan cheese. Fold in the chopped artichoke hearts and prepared spinach.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the top is beginning to brown.
- For an extra golden finish, turn on the broiler for the last two minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
- Let it rest for five minutes before serving.
Notes
Use full-fat dairy for the creamiest texture. Grate your own cheese for best melting results. You can prepare the dip a day in advance and bake it when ready.
