Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Breast or Flank Steak, sliced into thin strips
  • 3 Large Bell Peppers (Red, Yellow, Green)
  • 1 Large Red Onio
  • 3 tbsp Avocado Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Fresh Limes
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumi
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
  • Flour or Corn Tortillas
  • Fresh Cilantro
  • Avocado
  • Sour Cream

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or foil.
  3. Slice the chicken and vegetables into uniform strips, about half an inch wide.
  4. Place the chicken, peppers, and onions directly onto the sheet pan.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil and all the dry spices.
  6. Pour the spice mixture over the ingredients on the pan and toss to coat.
  7. Spread the mixture out into a single layer on the pan.
  8. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, tossing halfway through for even browning.
  9. For extra char, turn on the broiler for the last 2 minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lime juice over the hot ingredients.
  11. Let the Sheet Pan Fajitas rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Ensure to pat the chicken dry before seasoning to avoid sogginess. Use a large enough sheet pan to prevent overcrowding.
