- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter with both sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and stir just until combined.
- Fold in half of the chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and half of the chocolate chips.
- Spread the dough evenly into your prepared pan and drop spoonfuls of peanut butter across the surface, swirling gently.
- Sprinkle the remaining chopped Reese's and chocolate chips over the top and press them gently into the dough.
- Bake for 25-28 minutes until the edges turn golden brown and the center looks slightly underdone.
- Let the bars cool completely in the pan, then lift them out using the parchment overhang, cut into squares, and serve.
