Monster Cookie Dip

This Monster Cookie Dip captures everything we love about classic monster cookies—the chewy oats, colorful M&M's, and rich peanut butter flavor—but transforms them into a no-bake dip that's ridiculously easy to make and dangerously hard to stop eating.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini M&M's candies
  • 2 tablespoons mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons extra M&M's (for topping)

Method

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer for about 2 minutes until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the bowl and beat until completely smooth and well combined.
  3. Fold in the quick-cooking oats using a rubber spatula until evenly distributed.
  4. Add the mini chocolate chips and mini M&M's, folding them in carefully while reserving a few for topping.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, smooth the top, and sprinkle the reserved chocolate chips and M&M's over the surface.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from the refrigerator about 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature for smooth blending. Use creamy peanut butter for the best texture. Quick-cooking oats work best for this recipe.
