Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Chicken Wings (flats and drumettes)
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup Sriracha Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Liquid Honey
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • Sesame seeds
  • Sliced Green Onions

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Pat each chicken wing dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss the wings with baking powder and salt until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the wings on a wire rack set over a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. While the wings bake, combine honey, sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and ginger in a saucepan over medium heat.
  7. Simmer the sauce for about five minutes until it thickens.
  8. Once wings are golden brown, let them rest for two minutes.
  9. Toss the wings in the warm honey sriracha glaze until evenly coated.
  10. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

Use aluminum-free baking powder for best results. Let wings sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before baking. Avoid crowding the baking sheet to ensure crispiness.
