Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • ½ cup maraschino cherries, halved
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Method
 

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together in a large bowl until completely smooth and fluffy.
  2. Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Add all your prepared fruits, nuts, and marshmallows to the creamy base and fold everything together carefully.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a 9x13-inch pan or individual muffin cups lined with paper liners.
  5. Cover tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil, then freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Remove from freezer about 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing. Drain canned fruits thoroughly to avoid ice crystals. Taste the mixture before freezing to adjust sweetness.
