- Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and pat them dry. Slice the cucumbers into rounds that are about 3/4 of an inch thick.
- Lay the cucumber rounds on a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, lemon zest, and chopped dill. Blend until light and fluffy.
- Taste the mixture and add salt and pepper as needed.
- Use a piping bag fitted with a star tip to pipe the herb mixture onto each cucumber slice.
- Garnish with an extra sprig of dill or your chosen topping. Arrange on a platter and serve immediately.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is softened for a smooth filling. Pat cucumber slices dry to prevent sogginess. Assemble bites just before serving for the best texture.
