- In a separate bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, Panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Press each zucchini slice into the cheese mixture, coating both sides.
- Arrange the coated slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through, until golden brown.
- Let them rest for two minutes before serving.
Notes
