Method
- Prepare the filling by mixing ground pork, minced shrimp, ginger, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Set up your station with wonton wrappers covered with a damp towel, filling bowl, and a small bowl of water.
- Fill each wonton wrapper with about one teaspoon of filling and seal the edges with water.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Arrange the wontons in the air fryer basket, spray with oil, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Let the wontons cool for 2 minutes on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
Keep wonton wrappers covered to prevent drying out. Use a high-smoke point oil spray for best results.
