  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Cooking oil spray as needed
  • Water for sealing

Method

  1. Prepare the filling by mixing ground pork, minced shrimp, ginger, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  2. Set up your station with wonton wrappers covered with a damp towel, filling bowl, and a small bowl of water.
  3. Fill each wonton wrapper with about one teaspoon of filling and seal the edges with water.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Arrange the wontons in the air fryer basket, spray with oil, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Let the wontons cool for 2 minutes on a wire rack before serving.

Notes

Keep wonton wrappers covered to prevent drying out. Use a high-smoke point oil spray for best results.
