  • 16 oz Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, freshly grated
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries, optional
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
  • Assorted Crackers, for serving

Method
 

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and chopped green onions; mix thoroughly.
  3. Fold in the grated sharp cheddar cheese and dried cranberries if using.
  4. Scoop the mixture onto plastic wrap, shape into a ball, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Toast the chopped pecans in a skillet until fragrant, then combine with parsley.
  6. Roll the chilled cheese ball in the pecan mixture until fully coated.
  7. Serve on a platter with assorted crackers.
