Method
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and pat them dry thoroughly.
- Rinse the basil leaves and gently dry them between paper towels.
- Place your pesto in a small bowl and whisk in olive oil if necessary.
- Take a bamboo skewer and slide on one cherry tomato, followed by a folded basil leaf.
- Add one mozzarella pearl onto the skewer.
- Dip the mozzarella end of the skewer into the pesto or dollop pesto over the cheese.
- Arrange the skewers on a serving platter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the skewers just before serving.
Notes
Enjoy immediately after assembly for the best quality. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
