- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Prepare your baking vessel (small cast-iron skillet or ceramic brie baker).
- Score the top of the brie rind in a crosshatch pattern.
- Place the brie in your baker and drizzle 2 tablespoons of honey over the top.
- Sprinkle the walnuts evenly over the honey and press them gently into the cheese.
- Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes until the cheese is soft to the touch.
- Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of honey over the top after removing from the oven.
- Sprinkle fresh thyme and a pinch of sea salt over the brie.
- Let it rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
