Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Slice your bagels in half horizontally and arrange them cut-side up on the baking sheet.
- If desired, lightly brush each bagel half with olive oil.
- Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce onto each bagel half.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce, followed by a light dusting of Parmesan cheese.
- Add your chosen toppings, remembering not to overload them.
- Sprinkle dried oregano and garlic powder over the top of each bagel pizza.
- Bake the bagel pizzas for 10-12 minutes until the cheese melts and bubbles.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Notes
These bagel pizzas can be customized with various sauces, cheeses, and toppings. They can also be made in an air fryer at 375°F for 5-7 minutes. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days and reheated in the oven.
