Hi, I’m Olivia,
I’m 45 years old, and I’m one of the three sisters behind Delichious.com.
I was born and raised in the United States, in a lively household where the kitchen was never quiet and never empty. For as long as I can remember, food was our family’s love language. The scent of garlic sizzling in butter or cinnamon warming in the oven felt like a hug long before the first bite was ever taken.
I’m the oldest of the three of us, which means I was the first to stand on a chair beside our mom, carefully stirring pots that felt far too big for my small hands. My sisters, Emma, now 37, and Mia, 30, weren’t far behind. What started as playful kitchen “experiments”, sometimes successful, sometimes hilariously disastrous, slowly became something deeper. Cooking wasn’t just a chore or a hobby. It became the way we connected, expressed ourselves, and made sense of the world.
I’ve always been drawn to comforting, soulful dishes, the kind that fill the house with warmth and bring everyone to the table without needing to be called twice. Over the years, I trained professionally, worked long restaurant shifts, burned more sauces than I’d like to admit, and learned that perfection isn’t nearly as important as heart. Some of my biggest growth came from failure, overworked dough, split custards, and dishes that just didn’t sing. But every mistake taught me something. Every success reminded me why I started.
Emma has a natural elegance in her cooking, she’s precise, thoughtful, and has a beautiful way with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Mia is our fearless experimenter. She’ll combine flavors I’d never dare to put together, and somehow she makes them magical. Together, we balance each other. We challenge each other. And most importantly, we taste everything, twice.
Delichious.com was born from our shared dream to bring that sisterly kitchen energy into homes across America. We created this space especially for home cooks, the busy parents, the weekend bakers, the curious beginners, and the seasoned home chefs who simply love feeding the people they care about. We know what it’s like to cook after a long day. We know what it’s like to try a new recipe and hope it turns out. That’s why we focus on approachable, flavorful dishes that feel special without feeling overwhelming.
In my own kitchen, I believe food should feel joyful, not intimidating. I want you to feel confident trying something new, forgiving yourself when it doesn’t go perfectly, and proud when it does. I want you to taste the love in every recipe we share.
At the end of the day, I’m still that little girl standing on a chair, stirring a pot with wide eyes and a hopeful heart. Only now, I get to do it alongside my sisters, and with all of you. Welcome to our table.
